Delete your Ryze account

Open Account → Delete account, enter your password and confirm.

Sign in at ryze.ng/account, scroll to Delete my account, enter your password and confirm.

Email from the email on your account, or include your phone number. We'll verify it's you and delete the account within 30 days.

• Deleted: your name, phone, email, business name, password, push tokens, and public reseller or pickup-center listing.
• Kept (anonymised): order, payment, commission and refund records we must keep for accounting and tax (up to 6 years), and partner verification records needed to prevent fraud.
• Finish or cancel orders in progress and withdraw any wallet balance first.
